Key Responsibilities:

• Application research developing new chemistries leading to innovative products coordination with internal and external partners and stakeholders, transparent, critical and analytical thinking, team work and collaborative approach, troubleshooting a priority.
• Identify research areas and opportunities for developing new flame-retardant chemicals and anti-corrosion coatings.

• Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide guidance to researchers to overcome challenges.
