Steps for Getting Started with Time Tracker
INTRODUCTION
The Time Tracker is used to track the most used apps by the employees and how long have the employee been using the time tracker app on daily basis.
Sub – Modules
1) Dashboard
The Dashboard is divided into four tabs each describing different data. The data can be found in 3 headers
Productive – Application used for work purpose
Unproductive – Application used for personal work i.e., other than work purpose
Undefined – which is not selected under neither productive nor unproductive.
- The Quick Status tab displays the complete hours of all the employees together.
- The Productivity tab displays the chart of productive, unproductive and undefined data of all the employees.
- The Top Application tab displayed the bar chart of the most frequently used application by the employees.
- The Top User tab displays the bar chart along with the employee name who has used the time tracker app for long hours upto date.

2) Time Tracker Facet Dashboard
The Facet Dashboard displays the report of the employees based on department. The data can be filtered using different options like Month, week and department wise.
3) Report
It displays the complete details of the applications used for how long by the selected employee between the mentioned dates.

4) Download Time Tracker
The entire cycle begins with the Time Tracker. Without installing the Agent, the Time Tracker will not be able to collect and analyze any data.
The instructions provided on the right side of the page can be used to download, install and use the app. The left side of the page displays the pictorial representation of the mentioned steps from start to end.
