Customers don’t typically call us just to chat. They come to us when something is broken, they’re on a tight deadline, and they need help now. But speed isn’t our only priority; we want to set our customers up for long-term success. That’s why we don’t just hand out band-aids—we provide long-term solutions.

Provide strategic HR coaching.

When it comes to HR knowledge, we roll deep. And we love using our expertise to help other HR pros build great places to work. Whether that means suggesting a slight process tweak or explaining a new strategy, we want our customers (and their organizations) to be the best they can be.

Work toward the future.

We try not to wait for a customer to ask a question before looking for the answer. Instead, we’ve built up a repository of helpful resources from our collective years of learning, and we continue to add to it all the time, allowing customers and future support heroes alike to find the complete answers they need whenever they need them.

Create positive relationships.

Our love for people is at the core of everything we do. Because of that, we get to know our customers and our teammates personally, reaching out to offer extra help and checking in to make sure everything is going well. Maintaining thousands of relationships isn’t easy, but it’s more than worth the effort.
