The Performance Management Module consists of the below mentioned sub-modules:

1) PMS Faceted Dashboard

It displays the representation page of review status.

2) PMS Dashboard

It is the graphical representation of employee review status.

3) Performance Measure

It is used to create / edit / delete the performance group’s; KRS’s and KPI’s.

4) Performance Cycle

It is used create the performance on the particular period.

5) Performance Hierarchy

It is used to create the appraiser / reviewer for the particular employee.

6) Employee – Appraiser report

The report of the employee and the appraiser /  reviewer assigned to the particular employee will be displayed.

7) Goal Assignment

Perform 3 actions: Assign KRA’s/Goals; Rollback KRA’s/Goals; View pending employee list

  • Assign KRA’s / Goals
    It is used to create the goals for an employee on a particular period. The process starts on clicking the “Assignment” button
  • Rollback KRA’s / Goals
    It is used to rollback the assigned goals for the particular employee. Rollback means the complete data of the rollback employee will be deleted from the current cycle.
  • View Pending employee list
    It is used to view the status of the goal acceptance – employee wise and also for reassignment.

8) Cycle to Cycle Transfer

It is used to forward the details of the employee (Goals) from one performance cycle to another.

9) Admin Goal Correction

It is used to add / edit / delete the goals for a particular employee.

10) Assigned Goal Correction

It consists of 2 sub modules:

  • Self KRA’s & KPI’s
    An employee can create KRA’s and KPI’s for a particular performance cycle.
  • Assigned Goal Correction
    The employee can rename the KRA and KPI; delete can delete the assigned KRA’s and KPI’s. Any changes done by the employee will be sent to his/her Reporting Manager for approval.

11) Goal Correction Approval

It is used to approve or reject the changes done by the employee in the assigned goal correction page and also the approval or rejection of the self goal assignment of the employee can be done.

12) Goal Acceptance

It is available only for the employee purpose to accept or reject the goal assigned. If the employee accepts the goals, only then he will be able to review it in the review notification page.

13) Employee Acceptance Status

Displays the report of the employee goal acceptance status

14) Performance Review Summary

It displays the details of the KRA’s and KPI’s of employee in a particular performance cycle.

15) Review Notification

It is used to review the employee on a particular performance cycle.

16) Know Your Review Status

It is used to view. Review and provide remarks to a particular employee.

17) Performance Evaluation Report

It displays the performance cycle wise details of an employee.

18) Performance Review Summary

It displays the details of the KRA’s and KPI’s of employee in a particular performance cycle.

19) Self Goal Assignment 

It is used to assign goals for an employee himself on particular performance cycle. He can create his own KRA and KPI.

20) Supervisor Goal Approval

It is used by the supervisor to accept or reject the self assigned goals of the employees. If the employee approves the goal, then it will be added in the employee goal list.

21) Import Data

The details of the employee along with their KRA and KPI can be imported in bulk by performance group wise.

22) Rollback Employee Goals

It is used to roll back the assigned employee goals in bulk department wise or single employee as well.
