1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and execute financial strategies in line with company goals.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to guide decision-making.

• Lead a team of 8-10 finance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to achieve departmental objectives.

1. ERP Implementation:

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems.
• Ensure seamless integration of finance processes across the organization.

1. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
